Breast cancer (BC) is a malignant neoplasm characterized by abnormal cell growth of breast tissue in an uncontrolled pattern and their ability to infiltrate invade normal locally. Irisin plays important role the occurrence, development, metastasis different tumors. The aim this study evaluate changes serum levels irisin postmenopausal women compared with control group. Serum samples were collected from 90 30 these 60 patients attending center Kirkuk city- Iraq November 2021 April 2022 . Postmenopausal ages above 46 years, who proved be suffering whether unilateral or bilateral affected agree participate study. for (77.11±25.91) ng/ml (17.35±5.05) respectively highly significant increase (P≤0.01) when compare healthy control. These results suggest that can used early diagnosis, differential prognosis cancer.irisin
